Oh yes, of course. It seemed tacked on and hardly necessary, although I understand that she wanted to close off the rest of Harry's life to prevent unauthorized sequels (although I'm not really sure it does that; nineteen years gives you plenty of room to manoeuvre). I just sort of ignored it, really. I've heard theories that it's really the prelude to her next books, featuring more precocious Potterlings. I'm not convinced, but I wouldn't complain if that were the case.
